Replacement Policy
We take pride in delivering high-quality electrical products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
1. Conditions for Replacement
You must submit a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
A valid order number and proof of damage (photos/videos) are required.
2. How to Request a Replacement

We will review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.
The replacement product will be shipped within 5 business days after approval.
Electric Voltage reserves the right to decline replacement requests if the product damage is due to user negligence.
